Every OPTIZMO client has access to our email suppression list management platform and solutions, but what they need from the platform varies. If you’re looking for the best account option for your company, compare the different choices below. We call it Basic, but that doesn’t mean it lacks for capabilities. Our Basic Account option is typically best for clients that are just getting into email marketing or have fairly small existing suppression files (under 500,000 records), but still want a robust technology solution to ensure they and their mailers are fully compliant with CAN-SPAM.
Basic Account clients have access to a variety of capabilities and services from OPTIZMO, including:
- On-Demand Training Videos that walk new clients through account setup and campaign launch
- Customer Support via email — with a 24 hour response time (but we’re usually much quicker)
- Standard, Managed, and Custom Opt-Out Page support
- Compliance Alerts and various types of Monitoring
- Detailed Reporting & Analytics

Pricing: Basic Accounts start at $100 per month. Pricing is based on the size or your suppression file(s). The $100 per month fee covers up to 100,000 records. After that, the monthly rate increases by $1 per 1,000 records. (e.g. for a list of 147,000 records, the monthly cost would be $147). If you have any questions about pricing, please contact us.

Next Steps – What to Expect:
Once your signup form is completed, the information is automatically routed to our team for account set up. You will be contacted via email within 24 hours with your logins and other useful information, at which time your account will be active and ready for use.
