What Do New Clients Receive For Signing Up When You Refer Them?

All new clients referred through this program will receive a 30-day free trial. After 30 days, the applicable billing (and any potential start-up fees) will begin.

Do I Need To Be A Client Of OPTIZMO To Participate In The Referral Program?

No! The referral program is open to anyone and everyone.

Please Note:

  • All necessary documentation must be submitted before any ACH payout is provided. Your main point of contact at OPTIZMO will let you know what information we need.

  • Referral partners earning over $600 a year through this program will receive a 1099 form for tax purposes. To streamline this process, we ask that you complete the necessary forms in advance.

     

  • Final payout amounts will be determined based on the OPTIZMO account plan the referral selects. Valued between $100 – $500 at the sole discretion of OPTIZMO.

     

  • Already have a referral agreement with OPTIZMO? If you’ve sent us referrals in the past and prefer to receive ‘Account Credits’ instead of the tiered gifts and ACH payments? Just let us know and we we will work with the previous agreement.
